Artistik Cosmetics 78 and 88 Eyeshadow Palettes
I purchased these two palettes as a bundle on ebay for about sixty dollars, while searching for red eyeshadow. Red eyeshadow has been something I’ve been wanting for a while now; and combined, these two palettes have about six different high pigment shades of red. Oh yeah, and it comes with just about every other color in the rainbow. While the dime-sized swatches are a bit smaller than I would like, the fact that they are super pigmentted make up for it. You don’t need to apply that much of any color unless you want to look like a complete tranny. My bedroom is not very well lit, so I made the mistake of putting too much eyeshadow on in the morning the first day that I tried it. When I got in the car I had to do a double take while looking into the visor-mirror. It was… not a good look. I made a point to find a lamp for my room that night.
So far I’ve tried a few of the plum and magenta shades, as well as the golds, and of course the reds. I’ve been pretty satisfied so far, despite the mixed reviews I’ve found while surfing the net. Most of the colors are matte but there’s a fair amount of shimmers and no frosts. They can be used wet or dry, and most colors work great as an eyeliner or for eyebrows. The 78 palette comes with six shades of blush and both palettes come with two sponge applicators. My only pet peeve is that sometimes when you open and close the palettes the applicators fall out of their holding places easily.

If you’re the kind of person that really wants a lot of variety in your eyeshadow but you don’t want to shop around for it until you accumulate a massive amount of it over a vast amount of years, then this is a good solution for you. It’s really not that expensive, and you get pretty much every color imaginable all at one time.
The only downside is that you favor a certain color for any period of time (which i tend to do) and you use that color all up, then you can’t really refill that particular color or anything.
