Aside from it just looking pretty, it's an awesome brush. I have learned to be very careful about the amount of product to get on it and about applying the product evenly on my face. And you're absolutely right---it really minimizes the amount of product you use. I'm thinking of purchasing the MAC 188 (smaller version of 187) for buffing in foundation around my nose and under my eyes. I do love the MAC 187. I never knew you used so little. I think I over did mine and for some reason, I'm so unhappy with the color on my skin. Something is just off. It makes my pores look big and ages me. The foundation that is. :P hahaha, I got both.
