POTW: Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream

As a graphic/web designer, I’m a stickler for good packaging and design. This product didn’t have that, so I was a little skeptical about trying it when Shine! (Yahoo) sent it to me to review. It was kind of like my aversion to watching Avatar at first; because they’d had the audacity to use the Graphic Design industry’s most hated font ever (“Papyrus”) in their marketing, and even in their subtitles. I had refused to watch it for the first two weeks after it came out, but eventually someone dragged me along with them (kicking and screaming). I’m so glad I went! I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, just like I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream.

I can only describe my experience with using this “Hydrating Formula” as being comparable to splashing water in my face. Only – depending on your water – it can actually make your skin dryer. That’s not the case with this product… it kept my skin feeling replenished and nourished all day. I have been using it every day for the past two weeks and I can feel and see a noticeable improvement in the quality of my skin.

Would I recommend this product to any of my friends? Absolutely!
