If you add some regular granulated sugar to your face wash, it does some very nice exfoliation. It's kind of like when you use facial scrubs that have granules in it (like the St. Ives Apricot Srcub). Super cheap, super convenient. Even if you just use ordinary soap to wash your face, you can always add some sugar to get rid of that dead surface skin and give yourself that extra glow! I have pretty dark colored lips, and I find that particular nude lipstick works really well to "wash out" my lips so that I can apply any color over it. Of course, this means having one more item in your makeup bag, rather than using your foundation.
