Forever21 has been known to offer fashionable clothes at an affordable price, and now they plan on doing the same with makeup. Well, I don’t know if I’d trust Forever21′s cosmetic producs, to be honest with you. While they may have some cute clothes, that doesn’t always speak for the quality of their material or construction. I’ve had a lot of different items from Forever21 rip in places after the second or third wash. That’s just clothes… can I really trust them enough to put their products on my face? I don’t think so.
Their new cosmetic line is set to release this September, and I have to wonder how they are going to approach this. Will their makeup and packaging make it look like their products are made for tweens or will they at least attempt to make a legitimate venture into the cosmetics market? For what demographic will they market their product for? Lots of questions spring to mind, but I guess I’ll just have to wait until they’ve released something to do a proper review. Who knows, they could be the next Victoria’s Secret, whose cosmetics line has been a big hit.

IDK. I’m a little skeptical about all things Forever 21. Yeah, I shop there, but seeing as their main thing is affordability over quality, I think we’re pretty much going to be seeing fashion makeup trends at drugstore makeup quality.
I think at best, I will try their lip gloss but that’s it.
I wonder what they are thinking to come out with a line of cosmetic.

Some of the cosmetics that is sold at forever21 is LA Girl/LA Color, which is also sold at CherryCulture. It is actually is a pretty good brand that is cheap. I also do own some of thier products. The quality isn’t the best but you get what you pay for. Overall, id rather spend money on drugstore branded cosmetics than ones from forever21.
I think they’re attempting too much with this makeup line. I am skeptical but i am willing to wait til the line comes out and i can see it for myself to make a formal opinion.
I agree with aephilea. I can’t see Forever 21 producing quality products. I rather just stick to drugstore brands if I wanted affordable makeup. I love Forever 21 but I don’t see them doing makeup.
