Essie Midnight Cami

I’m actually really bad at doing my own nails… I’m okay using my right hand, but with my left I just make a mess. So, I usually get a mani/pedi at least once a month to keep my nails looking fresh. I used to just get a french manicure and pedicure, but lately I’ve really been exploring different colors. I bought Essie’s Midnight Cami, this great dark navy color that almost looks black in certain lighting, and I love it. I like dark nail polishes because it just looks so clean when it’s applied well.

It also has a really subtle shimmer – almost unnoticeable unless you’re really looking closely. I could probably do with a little more shimmer, to be honest.
