Re-Introducing, myCosmeticBag!

So it took forever to get this done, but it’s finally here… the new blog design! Unlike our previous designs, this one is completely from scratch, and not based off a pre-existing template. That’s right, I finally stopped being lazy and applied myself. It seems kind of ridiculous that I actually spend the same amount of time – if not more – on other people’s websites, but when it comes to my own, I procrastinate so badly.

But, I kind of cheated – the new blog isn’t 100% done yet. Anisha and I have been talking about building a more robust reviewing system, in order to streamline the process of reviewing products internally – putting it simply, we want to make it easier for us to review products, and make the process less daunting, so that we’ll post more frequently. That can be done later though, because as a user you might not even see the difference. And I might just leave that for Anisha to figure out because the three of us have decided that Anisha will be taking over the blog and social networking aspects of myCosmeticBag so that Stela and I can focus developing the actual site. However, she’s in the middle of moving to San Francisco for a fantastic new job (Proud of you, babe!), so we’ll cut her some slack for now.

Hopefully this is the kind of motivation we need to actually start posting on a regular basis, and maybe even attract other bloggers to write for us!
